The two four – storey complex building accommodate a group of companies. The centre of the complex is the roof garden, situated on the underground garage.

In order to emphasize the open airy character of the building, grass was planted, which is now swaying in the breeze. Between the single rows of plants benches and trees in certain planters are placed. The total area of the green roof is 1.000m², 250m² of it was in pitched area. Around the building, and on an overall surface of 330 m², trees and shrubs originating from the Mediterranean flora have been planted. They do not require a lot of water and maintenance. Due to the hot and dry climate an additional irrigation system in the form of dripper lines has been installed within the planting beds.
