The construction regarded the full cover of the roof in a private residence in Politeia which occupy a surface of 170m². Beyond the bioclimatic benefits, the purpose of the construction was to unify the roof garden with the natural site and the existing garden of the residence.

Intensive Roof Garden took place with specialized materials by ZinCo and always following the international (FLL) and national specifications.

The plants species that we used were all of native Mediterranean flora, low planting and they occupy a surface of 50 m². We also installed 100m² of prepared lawn grass.
